How long is your delivery time?
Normally it depends on your order quantity. If for sample or small quantity, we can ship by air, which takes around 9-10 days. If for bulk order, you can choose sea shipment, which takes around 20-35 days of mass production. Firstly, we need to make new production: all products are made from new raw materials. Secondly, we will perform 3 times quality control, and at the same time, we will take pictures to show you the quality control status.
Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
Yes, we can provide free samples for you. But you need to pay the shipping cost for samples. If you need samples for firework machines and other large quantity samples, we will not cover the sample cost. Please understand. Thank you.
What are your shipping methods?
We can provide DDP service, which will send goods directly to your warehouse. So do not worry about goods reception or customs clearance.
